**If you live in Japan and want to ship within Japan
First of all, please be sure to fill in the product number, product name, and your contact information from the question page at the bottom of the homepage and send us a message.
After confirming that the product is in stock, please place an order directly from the order column on the product page you wish to purchase.
The only payment methods are bank transfer, cash on delivery, credit card cash on delivery (credit card payment upon arrival).
Also, please understand in advance that purchase methods other than over-the-counter sales are not tax exempt for tourists.

*Customers residing outside of Japan
First, please be sure to fill in the product number, product name, your name, shipping address, phone number,
and email address used for Paypal from the inquiry page at the bottom of the homepage and send us a message.
Next, we will reply to you by e-mail with the stock status, shipping fee estimate, delivery days, and selling price.
If you accept our reply message, we will send you an invoice from Paypal.
As soon as the payment is confirmed, we will ship it on the same day or within 3 days.
*Note: Products with a sales price of 50,000 JPY or less will be subject to a 10% packaging fee. Please understand in advance

We deliver to most countries, but due to the influence of the corona whirlpool, we do not deliver to some countries.
The shipping companies are DHL and EMS (Japan Post).
Regarding the shipping fee, we set the weight/size for each instrument, so we will estimate it when you contact us.

We ship guitars and effectors all over the world.
We take great care in packaging our instruments.
*In the case of a guitar, it is usually packed in a cardboard box with cushioning material, and then in the original cardboard box.
(*Please note that there may be cases where the guitar is placed in a gig bag, wrapped with an air cushion, a reinforcing cardboard sheet is inserted, and then shipped in the original cardboard.)
We also make sure that our packaging is as sturdy as possible and that we are improving it every day to ensure that your instrument arrives in good condition.
*We have shipped over 1000 items on the Reverb site.

Our invoice is based on your purchase amount.
We do not falsify invoices or receipts, so please do not inquire about it.

Sales prices on our website include Japanese consumption tax.
For customers living in Japan, the sales price will be as shown.

If you are staying in Japan for a short period of time, such as for a trip,
or if you are ordering from overseas, the Japanese consumption tax will be exempted.
Also, the selling price does not include (VAT/GST) or state taxes.
You are responsible for paying duties and customs fees once the goods arrive in your country.
Also, a minimum order amount of 30,000 JPY or more is required for shipments to EU countries and the UK. Please note.

All of our guitars, effectors, and amplifiers are recorded with photos and videos so that customers can feel at ease before purchasing.
All products are inspected and adjusted just before packing, and we also send the proof photo to the customer.
If there is a problem with the product, please contact us within 24 hours and file a complaint with the shipping company,
as it may be caused by an accident during transportation. All shipments are insured.

Regarding returns, products shipped overseas are sold as "as is" even if the product is brand new.
No returns unless item description or photo is different.
If you no longer need the item as soon as it arrives and would like to return it, please let us know by email within 24 hours.
The instrument must be photographed in its entirety, returned to you in the condition it was shipped in, fully insured, and shipped at your expense within 7 days of receipt.

After the instrument arrives in Japan, we will inspect the instrument and confirm that it is in the same condition as when it was shipped,
then we will refund the amount you paid at the time of purchase minus the shipping fee and 10% restocking fee.
*Purchased amount is based on Japanese yen, so we will not compensate for any increase or decrease due to the currency rate at that time. Please understand in advance.
In addition, if it is determined that the condition of the product is different from when it was shipped, we may refuse to return the product.

If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, or if you refuse or do not agree to pay the customs duty upon arrival, your package may be returned to Japan.
In that case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning the product to Japan.
Refunds will be made after deducting the round-trip shipping fee and our handling fee (restocking fee:10%) from the product price.
