First of all, please be sure to fill in the product number, product name, and your contact information from the question page at the bottom of the homepage and send us a message.
After confirming that the product is in stock, please place an order directly from the order column on the product page you wish to purchase.
The only payment methods are bank transfer, cash on delivery, credit card cash on delivery (credit card payment upon arrival).
Also, please understand in advance that purchase methods other than over-the-counter sales are not tax exempt for tourists.
*Customers residing outside of Japan
First, please be sure to fill in the product number, product name, your name, shipping address, phone number,

Next, we will reply to you by e-mail with the stock status, shipping fee estimate, delivery days, and selling price.
If you accept our reply message, we will send you an invoice from Paypal.
As soon as the payment is confirmed, we will ship it on the same day or within 3 days.
* New products cannot be reserved within 30 days from the release date.
**Free HOLD during business negotiations is limited to 3 days after we reply the order confirmation email.

Sales prices on our website include Japanese consumption tax.
For customers living in Japan, the sales price will be as shown.
If you are staying in Japan for a short period of time, such as for a trip,
or if you are ordering from overseas, the Japanese consumption tax will be exempted.

You are responsible for paying duties and customs fees once the goods arrive in your country.

All of our guitars, effectors, and amplifiers are recorded with photos and videos so that customers can feel at ease before purchasing.
All products are inspected and adjusted just before packing, and we also send the proof photo to the customer.
If there is a problem with the product, please contact us within 24 hours and file a complaint with the shipping company,
as it may be caused by an accident during transportation. All shipments are insured.
Regarding returns, products shipped overseas are sold as "as is" even if the product is brand new.
No returns unless item description or photo is different.
If you no longer need the item as soon as it arrives and would like to return it, please let us know by email within 24 hours.
The instrument must be photographed in its entirety, returned to you in the condition it was shipped in, fully insured, and shipped at your expense within 7 days of receipt.
After the instrument arrives in Japan, we will inspect the instrument and confirm that it is in the same condition as when it was shipped,
then we will refund the amount you paid at the time of purchase minus the shipping fee and 10% restocking fee.
*Purchased amount is based on Japanese yen, so we will not compensate for any increase or decrease due to the currency rate at that time. Please understand in advance.
In addition, if it is determined that the condition of the product is different from when it was shipped, we may refuse to return the product.
