Basically, tax-free is for non-residents who have "foreign nationality"
It is possible to confirm that they have been in Japan for less than 6 months (excluding diplomatic, official, and US military). Purchases for commercial purposes are not tax-free. Please note.
In addition, the total amount of purchases in one day at the same store must be between 5,000 yen and 500,000 yen.
**You must have a passport when purchasing. We will inquire with the National Tax Agency online using that passport, and we will not be able to sell the product unless we receive approval. Please note.
Information after purchase:
You can choose to take the product you purchased in store home or have it delivered.
*If you want to have it delivered to a place in Japan, for example your accommodation, you can specify the arrival date. Shipping fee will be charged separately.
*If you want to have it delivered to your home overseas, we will ship it by DHL or EMS (JapanPost). Shipping fee and a separate packing fee (1,000 JPY) will be charged.
We take great care when packaging the product. In addition to double packaging, we record the condition of the instrument on video and photos in advance, and send information to the customer once it has been shipped.
*We also sell on overseas sites such as "Reverb" and "E-Bay (currently suspended)". To date, we have shipped over 1,000 items overseas (please take a look at the buyer reviews). We hope you can rest assured.
